My background includes a Master’s in Creative Economy, where I deepened my understanding of human-centered design to transform distance education. This practical perspective has led me to optimize processes and implement UX in complex sectors, from healthcare to technology.

App Design in Digital Transformation
I developed this free course for ENAP with the goal of training citizens and public officials in app design. With a 25-hour curriculum, I teach how app design drives digital transformation and meets society's needs. I will guide you through human-centered creation and innovation processes, focusing on digital solutions that make a difference. At the end, you will receive an ENAP certificate and be ready to apply this knowledge in your professional context.
Postgraduate in Digital Design: UX/UI for Innovation
As a professor in this postgraduate program, I teach techniques and methodologies that place the user at the center of product development. I design and teach courses in Lean UX, Product Discovery, UX Research, and Solution Validation, helping students from various fields understand the importance of identifying and validating real needs.
