My work on the Cotação SPG project was centered on human-centered design. Deeply understanding users' needs and challenges was the starting point, requiring a deep dive into research, exploration and systems thinking to create an effective UX strategy. The key was to find a model that would guide our team, allowing us to view all interconnections in a broad overview, making the strategy tangible and accessible to all parties involved.
UX Analysis (Discovery Phase):
- Creation of flow maps.
- Development of a content inventory.
- Preparation of affinity diagrams.
- Conducting benchmarks.
- Application of heuristic evaluation.
- User journey mapping.
- Creation of wireframes on paper.
Protótipos (Fase de Ideação):
- Development of navigable prototypes using Adobe XD.
Testes e Métricas (Fase de Teste):
- Conducting usability tests, using the SUS questionnaire.
- Assessment of user expectations using the Likert Scale.
- Measuring user satisfaction with the Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Definition of metrics to evaluate system performance.
